With the coming into force of the Law on Private Judicial Officers, the state has assigned broad powers to the private judicial officers in the area of the forced enforcement of private claims and public receivables on the territory of the respective District Court.
The private judicial officer shall carry out the following basic activities:
Forced collection of monetary claims
Forced collection of public state claims when assigned by the authorities responsible for establishing public claims
Compulsively puts in possession of immovable property and delivers movable assets
Forces convicts to take a certain action or inaction.
