  • Make choice of a property and organize an inspection
    First you have to do is to choose an offer from http://www.milenbazinski.com/en/sales/2/act/ . You have rights to make an inspection of the property during time specified in the notice.
  • Introduction of monetary guarantee
    Then you must make a deposit by bank transfer in 10% of the initial price of the sale.   • Preparation and submission of the documents
