  • Make choice of a property and organize an inspection
    First you have to do is to choose an offer from http://www.milenbazinski.com/en/sales/2/act/ . You have rights to make an inspection of the property during time specified in the notice.
  • Introduction of monetary guarantee
    Then you must make a deposit by bank transfer in 10% of the initial price of the sale. For example, take public sale of a two-bedroom property with 32922.00 lv. starting price, which means that you must submit a deposit of 3292.20 lv. in the auction. Then you must prepare a printed sheet with the № of the case, personal data of the participant in the auction, description of the property, list of the attached documents (copy of identity card and payment order of submitted deposit), manuscript written three names and signature.
  • Preparation and submission of the documents
